    Property was recently renovated, I liked the stay.

    Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Lyon. The hotel was impeccably clean, the room was a nice size and themed and the bed was comfortable. Overall the staff was efficient. The location was convenient and incredible - very close to the Pont Wilson, the Eglise Saint-Bonaventure or Eglise St Nizier, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Decorative Art museum and sightseeing and shopping in Lyon. It also was reluctant to recommend a restaurant.

    I liked the hotel, it's wonderful old and grand old and the location is excellent on the river. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful all the time. My room included satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe. I came here for 2 nights and had a really really nice stay.

    Staff were pleasant

    The bedding is poor the shower was broken I had booked my car in the garage and had to be very determined with the staff to get it in they had no record of the booking this is not a luxury hotel

    The air conditioning was inconsistent, and the soundproofing left much to be desired!!! Dated decor in the common areas could use some revitalization. The spa area felt overcrowded, failing to deliver a relaxing experience!!!
